The story of two Dogs

Once upon a time, not long ago, in a imaginary land where dogs ruled the world, there were these two dogs by the name of woof and bark. And if you had not known by now, woof and bark are the best of friends, to the extent that they told each other stuffs even their mom do not know of. You see, woof was a special dog, he was able to climb trees like no other dogs. God had him born with this special skill, skill which he knows would do good someday. However, woof was as humble as a humblepie and wanted to live life normally and he knew that to do that, he cannot let known to others his skill. The only dog who knew of it was obviously bark. Bark had on some occasion asked woof to teach the tree climbing skill to him but woof declined on all occasions saying that he would use it to do bad.

After a few years, woof notice that bark is indeed a good dog cause whenever they went out together, bark did all sorts of good deeds like helping old dogs cross the road, returning a lost wallet to the neighbourhood police kennel or just simply picking up any thrash on the floor. Seeing all these, woof thought that bark is quite eligible to learn the tree climbing skill since he is such a nice dog and is so keen on learning. When woof told bark about his decision, bark was elated but yet keep calm and composed.

At first when woof was teaching bark, both of them often quarreled as this was woof's first time teaching and could not give clear instructions thus affecting bark's learning. However woof did not give up and spend every night thinking of analogies and new techniques to teaching bark. And as time goes by, woof's teaching gradually improve and bark begin to climb higher and higher. It took them both several years time before bark finally could reach the top of the tree. Both of them were very happy of this feat and their relationship improved.

In dog land, they had this tradition to celebrate their annual national day at the highest peak of the world, they feel that this will symbolize how the economy for the following years will be. This year, because of the newly build lieffe tower beside the home town of woof and bark, it was easy to get tickets and the both of them went to watch the parade.

There were fireworks, water floats featuring all the presidents of dog land and even free HoneyBones™ biscuits at the fountain stands. Everyone was truly enjoying the parade with laughters filling up the atmosphere, some would even say they could see the lieffe tower shake to the beat of the drums. During the intermission, woof and many many other dogs took a mad rush to the toilet, probably due to the free flow of Pedigree™ meat shake. Bark had no choice but to stay back to reserve their seat. Queues in all the toilet were so long that even after the intermission was over, woof was still waiting for his turn in the toilet.

Then came bark's favourite part of the parade, the landing of dogs! Do not be fooled by the name, it is actually just four dogs parachuting down to ground, sort of re-enactment of what they thought happened centuries ago leading to their existence.

"Oh! Look at him landing like a pro!" says the commentator when the first dog touched the ground.

Bark was watching enthusiastically while following the rest in the countdown for the last dog.

"10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4... Oh my f**king dog! The last dog has had his parachute stuck on the peak of lieffe tower. Shit! This is such a bad day for him, i can't imagine what's going to happen to him." exclaimed the commentator.

Upon seeing this, bark did not even think but rushed out of his seat towards the lieffe tower. There were mumbles and whispers of "What is he doing?!" in the crowd, but bark did not care and continued making his way. Reaching the base of lieffe tower, bark took time to pause and think about what he is about to do and in matter of seconds, he leap up and took the first step on climbing the lieffe tower. Five minutes later, he was halfway on the tower and could hear the crowd shouting, "GO! GO! GO!" It motivated him to go faster.
